This is another form example, with scrolled selection lists with both one and n of many behavior.

Note: If you are using Mosaic for Windows and an alpha version of the Windows-based httpd server, the menus below may have "illegal character" blocks showing. These are the <CR> characters in the HTML source file for the form, per the line ending convention of DOS/Windows. This is a bug in Windows Mosaic, which will be fixed prior to production release.
